OPTIFAST home drink Preparation
All OPTIFAST ® home products can be consumed cold and warm as desired.
1. Pour the contents of a sachet into 200 ml of cold or warm water (max. 50 ° C). Discard heated food leftovers.
2. Mix with a whisk or shake well in a blender jar until the powder is completely dissolved. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation.

Total ration for weight control nutrition:

If used as total ration for weight control nutrition (4 sachets / day), OPTIFAST ® delivershome adequate amounts of all essential nutrients for the day. Make sure you drink enough fluids. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of a calorie-free or low-calorie drink per day. If all daily meals are replaced by OPTIFAST ® home, OPTIFAST ® home must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Suitable for young people only after consultation with the attending physician. Store in a cool and dry place. Cover the prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature, within 24 hours if stored in the refrigerator. Discard heated food leftovers. Sealed under protective athmosphere.
